Chef Daniel Green joined hands with Chef Montri Jiratitikankit, Head Chef of The House of Smooth Curry at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, for a special dining event ‘East Meets West’, on September 19th, 2025.
The evening showcased a unique blend of international and Thai flavors, enjoyed in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a thoughtful gesture, Chef Daniel also shared signed copies of his Thai recipe book with the press.
